Guatemala SHB Bojangles Medium Roast

Another exceptional coffee from the Guatemala Huehuetenango region.

Thanks to the dry, hot winds that blow into the mountains from Mexico’s Tehuantepec plain, the region is protected from frost, allowing cultivation from 1,350 feet above sea level.

Guatemala is one of the worlds top coffee origins and the eighth largest producer. This relatively small country boasts the most climatically diverse regions in the world.

SHB specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude above 1,350 meters. (This term is also synonymous with SHG/Strictly High Grown, a classification that’s higher than HB.) EP (European Preparation) means that the green coffee was sorted by hand to remove any defective beans and foreign material.

A truly delicious Guatemalan coffee with notes of plum and milk chocolate, with a moderate acidity and creamy body.
